Terms of Use — VibroAcoustics App

Last updated: 31 October 2026

These terms govern your use of the VibroAcoustics mobile app. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app is provided by VibroAcoustics Copenhagen ApS, Denmark. Contact: info@vibroacoustics.dk

What the app is

VibroAcoustics is a curated library of low-frequency soundscapes designed for rest, recovery and vibroacoustic therapy. It is the companion app for the ViBoard, and it also works through headphones or any speaker — you hear the music, but the physical vibration requires the ViBoard.

Health and safety

VibroAcoustics is made for rest and relaxation. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.

If you have a pacemaker or another implanted device, are pregnant, or have any condition that could be affected by vibration, talk to your doctor before using the ViBoard. Do not use the app while driving or operating machinery.

Your account

You need an account to listen. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

Accounts are personal. Do not share one account between several people.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Subscriptions

Full access is sold as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, purchased through the App Store or Google Play.

  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Account when you confirm the purchase.

  • The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account or Google Account settings. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid.

  • Prices may change. When they do, the store notifies you in advance and asks you to agree before the change takes effect.

We never process your payment details and we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.

ViBoard codes

A ViBoard ships with a code that unlocks three months of full access. The code is redeemed in the app, works once, and is not sold separately. When the three months end, access returns to the free catalog unless you subscribe.

What you may do with the music

Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to listen to the catalog through the app, for private use.

You may not copy, extract, redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform or use the recordings commercially, and you may not attempt to download them outside the app. The recordings remain the property of VibroAcoustics Copenhagen ApS and of the composers and artists who made them.

Tracks downloaded for offline listening are stored on your device for your own use while your access is active.

Using the app properly

Do not try to break, probe or overload the service, bypass access controls, or use automated means to extract content. Do not use the app for anything unlawful.

The catalog changes

We add, update and occasionally remove tracks and programs. We do not guarantee that any particular track stays available, and the catalog may differ between countries.

Suspension and termination

You can delete your account at any time in the app, under Profile → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or that is used in a way that harms the service or other users. If we close your account without cause, you may ask us about the unused part of a subscription paid directly to us — subscriptions bought through the stores are governed by their refund policies.

Liability

The app is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Danish law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

App Store purchases

For subscriptions bought on the App Store, Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these terms, Apple’s agreement prevails for that purchase.

Privacy

How we handle your data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes belong to the Danish courts. If you are a consumer, this does not remove protections you have under the law of the country where you live.
